The Former Manor-House

Once the centre of the bailiff's family life, the house originally had a large sitting room with fireplace, ample kitchen and numerous bedrooms.
Today, it has been given the name of the family that has lived here for generations: Villa Rizzo.
The villa has three floors. On the ground floor, there is an elegant restaurant with wooden flooring, vaulted ceilings and wide arches, as well as a large stone fireplace that makes the room even more inviting. On the second floor, entered from the north, there is a wooden wicket-door leading to the sitting-room and reading room, which is where you will be served breakfast in the morning, lovingly prepared with our own natural ingredients. You will have the opportunity to sample the delicious lotus-marmalade made by Signora Elisabetta, as well as the sweet bread and anise-flavoured biscuits made by Paola. The same entrance leads to the three double bedrooms, all furnished for maximum comfort. There are also two apartments with independent entrances on the second floor. Each apartment has two storeys: the ground floor has a sitting-room with fireplace and kitchen with dining room; on the second floor, there are two double rooms and two bathrooms. There is room in each apartment for four plus two people. Each has heating, air conditioning, television, hairdryer, safe, ADSL Internet connection and a balcony with a view over the countryside.
The furnishings are antique family pieces, painstakingly restored, recreating the atmosphere of the manor house of yesteryear.
