The appetizers of the poor and peasant cuisine are the bruschetta, made with tomatoes, garlic, local mushrooms or seasonal vegetables and olive oil from the Masseria della Nocciola.

First dishes

Pasta: "cavatelli, lagane, fusilli, gnocchi, trofie, scialatielli" combined with porcini mushrooms, chickpeas or even seafood, are the basis for the first dishes typical of the hills of Salerno.

Second courses

For second courses we offer grilled meats, rich and delicious dishes based local Entrecôte, all traditional dishes of our cuisine of Salerno.


All desserts are homemade, created by the imagination of the chef, naturally prepared based on the delicious IGP Hazelnut Giffoni.
